Champagne Toast (type) has been my most popular fragrance in lotions, shampoo and conditioner so I've tried it out in soap.  The fragrance has notes of Sparkling Champagne, Juicy Tangerine, White Nectarine, Pink Passionfruit, Hibiscus, Sugar, Vanilla, and Musk.  It is incredibly popular.  The soap uses my standard recipe of almond, castor, olive, coconut, and sustainably sourced palm oils with goat's milk added for extra lathering and moisturizing.
